This is a major step backwards

Small, yes. Multi-function keys stink. Saves them money, complicates use. Lacks a last-viewed option like my old remote had. I will switch back to a prior channel (football, for example) to watch during breaks then back to my original. That "last" button option is not here and its now a 4-step process. things that were 1-button and 1 step are now 2 and 3 steps. The entire Optimum streaming is a disaster and I'm having it removed.
