Amphenol Broadband Solutions (ABS) Data Plus coaxial splitters distribute a single incoming cable signal to multiple TV/RF connections while providing a dedicated DATA port for a cable modem and modem-based VoIP services. Designed for residential, multi-dwelling, and business installations, the series offers several output configurations to accommodate different cable distribution needs.

Each model includes one dedicated DATA port that provides a clear return path for cable modem communication. Models in the BDPS16 group have nominal 6 dB DATA port attenuation, while models in the BDPS19 group have nominal 9 dB DATA port attenuation. These values describe how much the signal is reduced at the DATA port; actual insertion loss varies with frequency.
