Depending on the availability you will receive one 6X8 MULTISWITCH either: Model MS6X8R1-03 or Model MS6X8WB-Z Besides the packaging and labeling on the switch these two models are identical and both are approved for DirecTV installations. Please refer to the pictures to see for yourself. Specifications: This 6x8 multiswitch is designed to interface with 99/101/103/110/119W satellites plus additional inputs (2), Flexport 1 and Flexport 2. Flexports are used to interface with new DIRECTV satellites such as 95 W and 72.5W or both. This multiswitch needs 4 coaxial wires connected from the 3 or 5 ka/ku lnbf slimline dish in order to work properly.
It will NOT work with only 2 wires or with swm lnbf. THIS MULTISWITCH HAS TO BE CONNECTED WITH 4 WIRES FROM THE DIRECTV KA/KU LNBF FOR RECEIVERS TO RECEIVE 3 OR 5 ORBITAL LOCATIONS (101/99/103 OR 101/119/110/99/103). SL5 OR SL3 LNBF WIT H4 OUTPUTS. IT DOES NOT WORK WITH SWM EQUIPMENT OR H25 RECEIVER. ONE MULTISWITCH IS INCLUDED IN THIS SALE. THEY ONLY WORK WITH DIRECTV RECEIVERS, EXCEPT H25 MODEL. This 6x8 Multiswitch is approved by Directv for SAT 101,103,99,119,110,72.5, 95 and International programming.
